Town of Paris Welcomes New Parks & Rec Coordinator
The Town of Paris is pleased to announce Savannah Martin as the Town’s new Parks & Recreation Coordinator.
Savannah is no stranger to the Paris community. She has been a longtime volunteer for the Town and has already demonstrated her commitment to creating positive, healthy, and engaging opportunities for residents of all ages.
Savannah has volunteered as a yoga instructor for children ages 14 months and older, helping introduce local families to the benefits of movement, wellness, and community connection. She also played a key role in organizing North Pole Night last December, helping create a memorable holiday experience for Paris families.
Health and wellness are important to Savannah, and she is excited to bring that passion to her new role. As Parks & Recreation Coordinator, she hopes to build upon the programs already offered by the Town while developing new opportunities that encourage residents to be active, connect with one another, and enjoy Paris’s parks and recreational resources.
Savannah also plans to expand and strengthen the Parks & Recreation Committee, bringing more community members into the conversation about what programs and activities Paris residents would like to see.
The Town encourages residents who have ideas, suggestions, or an interest in volunteering with Parks & Recreation to connect with Savannah and become involved as the Town expands its recreational programming.
The Town of Paris looks forward to welcoming Savannah Martin into this new role and supporting her efforts to make Parks & Recreation an even more active and inclusive part of our community.
