PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Paris Board of Selectman will hold a public hearing on
Monday, October 26, 2026, at 6pm at the Paris Town Office, 33 Market Square, Paris for the purpose of adopting two ordinances as follows:
1.Moratorium on Data Centers and Data Center Accessory Development for the Town of Paris
2.Sex Offender Residency Restriction Ordinance for the Town of Paris
The public shall have an opportunity to be heard on the proposed ordinances prior to its consideration at the Special Town Meeting on November 17, 2026.
A copy of the ordinances can be found at the Paris Town Office.
The regularly scheduled Selectmen’s meeting will follow.
