Public Hearing - Gravel Pit Road Solar Project

The above referenced application is scheduled for a Public Hearing by the Planning Board on November 10, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Paris Town Office Board Room. The meeting is open to the public.

Applicant is proposing a 0.975 MW Solar Facility at Map R-04 Lot 90 (off Hathaway Road). The development will include the solar array, an equipment pad, and an access drive. The project will create a total of 0.54 acres of impervious area. The solar facility will occupy approximately 7.77 acres of the 19.41-acre parcel. The applicant is proposing a 15-ft wide, 1,113-ft long, gravel access road to access the facility and the electrical utility connection.
