Planning
The Planning Department is responsible for the administration of the Town’s land use ordinances, including the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance, and Subdivision Ordinance. The Department provides staff support to the Planning Board, Board of Appeals, and the Historic District Commission. The Department also provides information to the public on land use regulations, zoning, and development opportunities.
