No Parking Ordinance

The Town of Paris has a No Parking Ordinance on any Town of Paris streets/roads during the winter months from November 15 till April 15. This Ordinance is enforced during these months for snow removal on all Paris streets/roads. Any vehicle located on any Paris street/road during this time may be towed at owner’s expense. The Paris Police Department will attempt to locate owner before towing vehicle. The Officer will attempt by calling into Oxford County Regional Communications Center and run the registration plate and attempt to locate owner. If the attempts fails and the vehicle owner cannot be contacted the vehicle will be towed at owner’s expense. Also there is No Overnight Parking in any of the Town Parking Lots. All vehicles must be removed or they may be towed at owner’s expense. If you have any questions about this warning please contact Paris Police Chief Hartley H. Mowatt Jr. at 207-743-6600.
